Detection and alarms
Each sensor has 2 upper probes that detect dripping water and 4 bottom probes that sense pooling water as shallow as 0.4 mm. When water is detected, both the sensor and the base station sound a 120 dB alarm, so you can hear it across the house. The IP66 housings suit spots near water heaters, washing machines, dishwashers, sinks, sump pumps, toilets and fridges.
App and range
The app sends a phone notification when water is detected, lets you share access with up to 12 users, and offers Remind Me Later snoozes. Sensors talk to the base from up to 1,804 ft (550 m) in open areas, so they can reach basements and garages.
