The 6 GHz band
TP-Link lists up to 2402 Mbps on 6 GHz, 2402 Mbps on 5 GHz and 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz. The 6 GHz band has more free space and less interference, so compatible WiFi 6E devices get faster, more responsive connections. Older devices keep using 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz.
Hardware and expansion
A 1.0 GHz dual-core CPU and 512 MB of memory handle many devices, and the housing is designed for heat dissipation. It's EasyMesh-compatible, so you can add compatible TP-Link routers or extenders later to cover dead zones. It supports VPN server and client (OpenVPN, PPTP, L2TP) and HomeShield security.
