Recovery and training
Amazfit lists heart rate, fatigue and recovery tracking, a HybridCharge energy score that adapts to workouts and stress, and continuous heart rate, blood oxygen, stress and sleep monitoring with its BioTracker sensor. In the gym it tracks reps, sets and rest periods, and a HYROX Race mode helps race prep. There are 27 sports modes with VO2 max, training load and recovery time.
App and battery
The Zepp app is free to use and syncs with Strava, TrainingPeaks, adidas Running and komoot. If you also wear an Amazfit smartwatch, both work together for uninterrupted data. Battery life is up to 10 days.
