Ports
Anker lists a 4K HDMI port (up to 4K at 30 Hz), a 5 Gbps USB-C data port, two 5 Gbps USB-A ports and a USB-C PD-in port. Note that the USB-C ports don't carry video, and the PD-in port only charges, it doesn't connect devices like headphones.
Charging
Plug your laptop charger into the PD-in port for up to 85W of pass-through charging while you use the hub; the charger isn't included. For iPad, Anker recommends a 45W wall charger for full power.
