Design and sound
The fully integrated carabiner has a wider opening than before, so it clips onto more things. JBL says it delivers punchy bass for its size.
Battery and connectivity
Battery life is up to 12 hours, plus up to 3 more with Playtime Boost. It's IP67 waterproof and dustproof. With Auracast you can pair two Clip 5 speakers for stereo or connect multiple Auracast-enabled JBL speakers.
